Written May 2016 on a Wednesday (2016-05-04)Cobb work, Smoked in my house when asked not to. Cigarettes all over the yard and denied it was theirs. When it was 10 below I came to find my heat on and door wide open They installed a window trim and it was so crooked that when i asked if they used a level, I was told by the owner " we don't use levels which explains all the crooked shit in my house. When applying the end trim to my counter tops they did not trim properly and all 3 have now broken ends. They installed 3 windows then told me it was not their job to calk the windows. I wanted a heat duct run upstairs...through .the front sill plate up through the front porch and into the upstairs bedroom... He told my HVAC guy to run it through my antique heat return and then he tried to take the antique metal grate for scrap now I have a bare heat duct running through my living room After i painted the living room they screwed up the dining room by taking down the crown molding that exposed 4 inches of old, old wall paper, instead of scraping it they mudded over it then proceeded to continue through the living room which just had the shades installed resulting in a mess when they sanded . THE WORST CONTRACTOR I EVER MET, talked to me like I was an idiot and lied about everything . he did not know my Dad was a home builder, too old to do the job and I have worked in construction since I was 7 and have at least ten years doing this kind of work, But as a teacher I was too busy. ALSO after i just had a professional team refinish my hard woods, the numbnuts used my new kitchen counter to cut wood on blowing sawdust all over the still drying floors!!!
