This review will be updated (if necessary) after the job is done. I set up a time for an estimate (sunscreens) by Rick (the owner) on April 11, 2015. He said he could start the job in 2-3 weeks. I paid the required 1/2 down payment. I let the 4th week end and decided to call him (May 9th) and he said he could be here on May 11th. On May 11th, he said that my shades were not quite ready yet, but he could be out to do the job on the next day (May 12th). I asked him to narrow done a time when I could expect him which would be at 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I called (it went to voice mail). I explained that I had to rearrange MY schedule in order to be at home on the 11th and again on the 12th. It's now 3:00 and Rick is still a no-show and hasn't returned my message. HUGELY disappointed at this point
update 5/14. A+ Shade Screens (owner - Rick Atkison) still has not returned my calls (and he still has half the payment of $200)
5/16 A+ Shade Screens arrived this morning to install my screens. The owner did not speak to me at all, so no explanation nor apology for my wasted time. He may have earned a better review with a recognition of my inconvenience. Oh well. This is my review. I've experienced better. :-(
Written May 2015 on a Saturday (2015-05-16)5/16/15 NOT timely, NO communication, NO show (twice). IGNORED calls. but FINALLY A+ Shade Screens arrived to install my sun-screens. The owner did not speak to me at all, so no explanation nor apology for the two days I cleared on my calendar to stay home and wait for him and no apology/reason for not returning my calls and texts. I've experienced better, and sadly, I cannot recommend A+ Shade Screens.
